Arianna Mace

CEO & Founder

Arianna is a dedicated educator and leader who began her career at the age of 18 as a coach, working with children across various sports and discovering her passion for guiding others through their most vulnerable moments. She earned a Master’s degree in Education and embraced a teaching philosophy centered on facilitating discovery and personal growth. Beyond her teaching duties, Arianna excelled in planning extracurricular programs and engaging the community.

With over a decade of experience in education, Arianna transitioned to the nonprofit sector, initially serving as the Director of Education and later as the Executive Director at the Bayou Country Children’s Museum. In these roles, she developed strategies that saved the museum from closure, raised two million dollars, and strengthened community and donor relationships. Arianna’s leadership ensured the museum’s survival through significant challenges such as COVID-19 and Hurricane Ida.

Driven by a deep belief in community-driven initiatives, Arianna founded Propel Consulting to help mission-driven organizations build capacity and sustainability. Her proven track record of creating sustainable strategies has made her a trusted partner for mission-driven organizations across several states.

Marcus Lawson

Marketing & Business
Development Consultant

Raised in New Orleans, Marcus Lawson is an award-winning cheerleading coach and choreographer. For 16 years he ran two cheerleading/gymnastics facilities in the Hammond and Madisonville area where he empowered his students to be champions on and off the competition floor. During his tenure Spirit Professional and its All-Star program was recognized as one of Louisiana’s top All-Star programs.

Shifting careers and relocating to Thibodaux, he joined the Bayou Country Children’s Museum as Marketing and Development Manager. In this role, he built relationships with some of the area’s largest companies and community partners raising over $500,000 in sponsorships as well as developing strategies to drive visitation to the museum.


A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a degree in Psychology, Marcus resides in Lake Charles, LA with his husband Timothy. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and still finds time to choreograph for cheerleading gyms in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.

Erica Miller is a seasoned operations consultant with a wealth of experience spanning various sectors. With a career dedicated to enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity, Erica has honed her skills over 15 years in customer service and operational management.


Having spent nine years in the non-profit sector, Erica has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this area. Erica is passionate about helping organizations thrive by implementing tailored solutions that streamline processes and empower teams.


Specializing in optimizing training programs and developing procedures for both volunteers and employees, Erica is committed to driving sustainable change. Her strategic approach and collaborative mindset have earned her a reputation for delivering results that positively impact the bottom line.


Outside of her professional pursuits, Erica is an avid advocate for community engagement and social impact initiatives. She believes in the power of effective communication and continuous improvement to drive meaningful change in both individual and organizational capacities.
